However, in the 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0quarter, there were only 17 houses attached to land offered for sale ( which belong to a preceding project) and\u00a0 all of the products\u00a0 were bough up. The shortage of the supply has made customer rush to the secondary housing market. However,\u00a0 As for luxurious real estates, the offer for sale is limited to a certain customers, not for mass customers, so these products which are\u00a0 not many have now become rare and are always sought by customers.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/phodongvillage.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/gia-ban-biet-thu-sol-villas-quan-2-24102018-1.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>High Luxury Compound Villas are targeted by\u00a0 the high society because of the outstand advantages of privacy, security, facilities and special community.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In the report \u201c USD Million Real Estate Market \u2013 Potentiality returns\u201d published by Savills Vietnam in August, after being sluggish for a time, high rank and super high rank real estate market in HCM City has signed\u00a0 a lively signal again.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Sunny Hoang- Deputy Director in charge of International Residential housing segment business in Savills explained that the increasing demand was because the price rate for sale of high rank real estate and super high rank real estate inVietnam is still lower than other cities in the SouthEast Region such as Bangkok or Singapore. She said: \u201c we are aware of\u00a0 a huge demand in these two segments \u2013 demand exceeding supply- so\u00a0 in 3 or\u00a0 5 coming years, the real estate market will have a very good propects if compared to other countries in Asia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>When investing in real estate projects, high-ranking customers are always interested in the location of the property, the reputation of the developper, the type of architecture and facilities which a project will provide to them in future.
