1. Type of writing:<\/strong> 2. Competition Schedule:<\/strong> From May 14th to June 6th 2019<\/p>\n 3. Eligibility to attend the Competition:<\/strong> All staff who worked or are working at SCC and at its member companies.<\/p>\n 4. Instruction on participation<\/strong> 5. Requirements:<\/strong> Each individual may send many entries with different types (prose, poetry, photography, videos). For an entry which is published on the site, the Organization Board will present the author 01 Parker pen. However, there is only 1 permissible entry to compete for the First Prize, Sencond Prize, or the Third Prize.<\/p>\n Only unpublished work is eligible for this competition. The work must be created by the contestants by himself\/herself and has never been published on any media, website or in other writing competition. If detectinga work violating this provision, the Organization Board will destroy the entry or\/and will not approve the result of the work (if it wins any prize)<\/p>\n The contestants shall be solely responsible for the accurancy of the entry.<\/p>\n The Organization Board will have the right to use entries,which will be published on the media of SCC.<\/p>\n 6. Structure of Prizes<\/strong> Encouragement Prize: The authors whose works are selected to be published on the site will be presented 01 Parker Galaxy Red Stainless Gold RP PK 500 pen- inscribed with the exclusive words about the 20 Years\u2019 Anniversay of the Date of the Establishment of SCC.<\/p>\n 7. \n– Poetry: self creating
\n– Pictures: documentary photographies, pictures, drawings, pictures of congratulation of birthday, souvenir pictures

\nStep 1:<\/span> <\/strong>Individuals who wish to attend the competition can send their work to the Organization Board via email: BTC-chuongtrinh20nam@sccvietnam.vn with the following contents:
\n– Headings: Article for the Writing Competition \u201cSCC Inspiration\u201d + Full name of the contestants (Eg. Article for the Writing Competition \u201cSCC Inspiration\u201d| Tran Van A)
\n– The email should clearly indicate the information:
\nFull name:\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.
\nDepartment:\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.
\nJob Title: \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.
\nI am working (worked ) at\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.. (name of the company)
\nContact phone number: \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.
\nAddress to receive gifts :\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026 (for the persons who worked at SCC and at member companies)
\n(If the contestants is working at SCC and at member companies) the Organization Board will send a gift to him\/her at the department where he \/she is working.
\nStep 2:<\/span> <\/strong>After receiving the entries, the Organization Board will select and publish qualified entries on the site 20 YEARS PROGRAM- SCC<\/p>\n
\nAll entries (including pictures) are required to reflex the true person and stories.<\/p>\n
\n– First Prize: 01 iPhone X64 GB
\n– Second Prize: 01 iPad 9.7 2018 Wi-Fi 128 GB
\n– Third Prize: 01 Sports wach Garmin forerunner 235<\/p>\n
\nAll writing artiles will be assessed as follows
\n\u2605 50% of the scores:<\/strong> based on the judgement by the Organization Board, namely:
\n– Work which is original, meaningful, shows cleary the contents, thought, purpose of the competition.
\n– Work which gives prominence to the cultural tradition of SCC and member companies.
\n– Work which tranmiss a mission of friendship and unity among the staff.
\n\u2605 50% of the scores:<\/strong> based on the comments and selection by the members in the group. Calculation: 1 like = 1 score, 1 comments = 2 scores.
\nNote:
\n– The contestants may make comments to tag his\/her friends to select his \/her work; however, this comment will not be calculated as a score.
\n– Any comment containing an icon will not be considered.<\/p>\n
