At 19:00 on 26th January 2019, at the head office of SCCI Company (Tan Tao Industrial Zone – Ho Chi Minh City), the 2018 Year-end program of more than 140 employees of companies was organized: SCC, SCCI, PLC, Naviland, SQC. With the theme “Change”, the 2018 Year end program is not only an opportunity for employees of companies to look back on the achievements of the old year, set a target for the new year but also an opportunity to meet and interact through the Impressive operation.
In 2018, SCC and its member companies have made changes, changing drastically to actively overcome market challenges. Particularly, SCC, 2018 is considered a great successful year when introducing Sol Villas high-class compound villa to the market. In the first round of selling, Sol Villas reached a gold record when nearly 100% of the shopping cart was sold and quickly became the focus of the high-end villa segment in the East of Ho Chi Minh City. Mr. Tran Viet Anh – General Director of SCC shared: “We have Sol Villas success because we all tried together, decided on the right time and accepted the conversion”.
The Year-End Program is also an opportunity to honor collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in activities for the development of the Company in 2018.

Phuong Viet dance company stirred and brought Tet atmosphere through the song opening “Welcome Spring”.
At the program, Mr. Tran Viet Anh – Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of SCCI, SCC, PLC, Naviland, SQC, summarized the activities in 2018 and shared the development orientation of companies in 2019. He shared warmly with employees the memories of when the company was in trouble and together overcome those difficulties to achieve today’s success. He appreciates the effort, try and contribution of each company’s employees.
Mr. Tran Viet Anh presented the Merit Award to the representative of the three best teams of SCCI Company: Accounting Department, Sales – Marketing Department and Project Management Department. Mr. Tran Viet Anh and Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Cat Tuong – Head of Supervisory Board presented flowers and medals to individuals who won the Innovation and motivation award of SCCI Company.
Ms. Ngo Thi Xuan Thanh – Deputy General Director of SCCI Company awarded medals and flowers to SCCI Company’s employees who won the Motivation Award.
Mr. Tran Viet Anh honored the three best departments in 2018 at the Year end Program including: Project Management Board, Accounting Department and Sales – Marketing Department.
Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Cat Tuong presented flowers and medals to individuals who won the Delication and Innovation Award in 2018. These are individuals who have made great contributions to the 2018 success of SCC.

Ms. Pham Thi Thu Phong – Deputy General Director of PLC Company awarded the dedication title to the representative of PPM department of PLC Company. In 2018, PPM Department has made a lot of positive contributions in serving and bringing high-class living space to PhoDong Village urban residents.

The performance “ Xuan dep lam sao” (How beautiful is Spring) by the staff of SQC and Naviland Company adds joy, hope for a successful Spring and Spring season 2019.
The vibrant dance “Xuan yeu thuong” (Spring of love) of SCCI Company “burned” the stage and received cheers and enthusiastic cheers from the audience.
A duet and dance performance featuring “Người tình ơi mơ gì” (Darling, What’s your dream) of the Collective and Unique PLC Company.
Drama and Sing performance “Tet nguyen dan” (Lunar New Year) of SCC carries the beauty and traditional culture of the nation.

The end of the program is a lucky draw with a total prize of 44 million VND in cash.
